Please Note :
* Earring back stems come bent from the factory most of the time, as they tend to get 
  damaged in transit. They can be straightened manually. This is not a product defect.

* stones or beads falling out can't be considered as damage as they can be easily fixed.

* For every lot we get from the manufacturing unit, sometimes slight changes in design 
(necklace, earrings) might be there.
