Our pieces are imitation jewellery, but crafted with premium polish that gives the look and finish of real gold.

2. Will The Jewellery Turn Black Or Fade?
No, if stored and handled properly. Please check our detailed Jewellery Care Instructions for more tips.

3. Is Your Jewellery Lightweight Or Heavy?
Except for a few grand bridal designs, most of our jewellery is lightweight and easy to wear.

4. Are Your Products Skin-Friendly?
Yes, we use only high-quality materials. 

5. Do You Provide Customization?
We can make small changes like bead color replacement on select products, at an additional cost.

7. What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept Razorpay, UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and popular Wallets.

8. Can I Use Multiple Discount Codes In One Order?
No, only one discount code can be applied per order.

9. Do You Have COD (Cash On Delivery)?
Currently, we do not offer COD.

Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 days in India and 4–10 days internationally.

13. Do You Offer Gift Wrapping?

Unfortunately, orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified.
