Refund policy
Important:
Please ensure to record an unpacking/unboxing video while opening your package. Without this video, we will not be able to process any damage claims.
* Each product is thoroughly inspected before shipping to avoid any damage or defects.
* We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
* The product was damaged during transit.
* The product has a manufacturing defect.
If you receive a damaged/defective product:
Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Send clear images of the damaged item along with the unboxing video to:

If your return is accepted:
* You must ship the product back to us (return shipping is to be paid by the customer).
* Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process a replacement.
* If the same product is out of stock, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–12 days (after deducting the initial shipping charges).
⚠We will not be able to process any return or exchange requests if :
* You do not notify us within 24 hours.
* The unboxing video is missing.
* The product is found to be tampered with or used.
For International Orders:
* We do not accept returns for international shipments.
* However, if a product is damaged beyond repair, a return may be considered — but
return shipping costs will not be covered by us.
Disclaimer
We, at Srika Jewellery, make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. Even then, Product colour may vary due to lighting and specific screen/monitor settings.
Warranty
We don't provide any warranty for the products on the website unless otherwise stated. The product's colour totally depends on your maintenance.
Please Note-
* Earring back stems come bent from the factory most of the time, as they tend to damaged in transit. They can be straightened manually. This is not a product defect.
* stones or beads falling out can't be considered as damage as they can be easily fixed.
* For every lot we get from the manufacturing unit, sometimes slight changes in design
(necklace, earrings) might be there.
Shipping Policy:
Within India:
*We ship all orders using trusted courier partners like Shiprocket, Delhivery, DTDC,& Indiapost and others to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.
* standard shipping fee of ₹90 will be applied at checkout for all domestic orders.
* Orders above Rs1999/- only are eligible for free Shipping
* Orders are usually dispatched within 4 working days after payment.
* Delivery takes approximately 4–10 working days, depending on your location.
* Tracking details and shipping updates will be shared via SMS and email once your, order is dispatched.
Note: Delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier issues are beyond our control.
International Orders:
* All international orders are dispatched within 4 working days of payment.
* Delivery typically takes 4–10 working days, but may vary based on customs and local
courier handling.
Cancellation Policy
* Once an order is placed, cancellation is not possible under any circumstances.
